Our rigorous 60-minute 5-station rotation burns more fat than your traditional full body routines.

We use the MYZONE heart rate tracking system in conjunction with proven fat blasting training techniques including HIIT & EMOM to keep your body in a state a fat burning instead of muscle burning resulting in a high caloric expenditure.

The benefits of HIIT continue even after your workout has ended, which is always a win in our books.
Thanks to the wonders of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), your metabolism stays at an elevated level, burning calories even if you’re sat idly in front of the TV.
During this time, your body will begin to restore its depleted energy reserves and slowly repair the muscle proteins that were broken down during exercise.
There are certain factors impacting the afterburn effect including -- first, The intensity of exercise appears to be the most significant factor in boosting post-exercise metabolism. Studies that examined the recovery rate of male and female runners after running and exercising at 60%, 70%, and 80% of their VO2max revealed that the highest intensity workout produced the greatest afterburn. Second, the length of exercise also increases the duration of afterburn. 60 minutes' worth of exercise can net up to 72 hours worth of afterburn whereas 30 minutes would net 24 hours or less worth of the effect.
Our workout keeps your heart rate between 85 and 99 % max heart rate, lasting for a total of 60 minutes, giving you the utmost highest possibility of burning fat, building muscle, and obtaining that lean, slim, toned body you've always wanted.

Resist and Brace yourself through 30 minutes of strength training.
We use unique strength-training techniques on our FITBENCHONE that combine free weights, resistance bands, and challenging midsection movements.
Prepare yourself for a helluva workout!
Before every class, we go over the movements.
Afterward, you select a station at one of the two zones:
Zone 1: 30 minutes Cardio
Zone 2: 30 minutes Strength
Mondays are the perfect time to set the tone for the rest of your week.
That’s why the first Monday out of every month, we’ll weigh you in with our full body In-Body scanner.
